Our Experiences
Speaking of making memories, we’d like to share one of our travel experiences to Samara. Being Dutch, we always look for the cheapest ways to travel. However, it’s not always the smartest choice. Let us tell you about Pieter’s experience when he missed the public bus to Samara because he was waiting at the wrong bus stop at San Jose Airport 😂.
From experience, he knew it was possible to get off at San Jose International Airport from Samara, so he decided not to go into San Jose City and instead waited at the airport. This turned out to be a disaster.
Fortunately, as the owner of a private airport, he quickly remembered to check for flight options. It was easy with Sansa; there were two upcoming flights to Nosara, and he managed to catch the first one just in time. He loved the experience. Flying over the country was beautiful—the mountains, the forests, the rivers, the ocean, and the lush green landscape were all stunning. It was so much faster than the public bus, and honestly, he felt lucky to have missed it. The flight turned out to be a great adventure, just like his cheap Tuk Tuk ride to Samara Beach afterward. He is, after all, still a Dutchman 😉
